Born in 1951 to a British father and Colombian mother, today the lead guitarist for Roxy Music and one of the UK's best known producers, Phil Manzanera, celebrates his 75th birthday.
His birthday comes following a busy few years for Manzanera, including the publication of acclaimed memoir Revolución to Roxy and '50 Years Of Music' release celebrating his prolific solo career, and being appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2024 King’s Birthday Honours for his services to music and production.
